E-Voting Introduction

Overview

RunHOA facilitates online E-Voting, enabling eligible and registered HOA voters to cast their votes electronically from any location to the HOA election administrators.

• The Administrators are responsible for creating the election ballot and scheduling the voting period.
• They also notify eligible HOA voters about the election through email.
• Once the election date commences, the voting process is activated, allowing HOA voters to participate in the election.
• To vote, voters must be registered in RunHOA; unregistered individuals cannot vote.
• Following the conclusion of the election, the results are made available online for all HOA voters to view.
