How many types of Payment Options are there?

In RunHOA, HOA’s have three convenient optional payment options for settling payment of dues.

1. Bank Transfer: Homeowners can easily pay their dues directly from their bank account. This method is often appreciated for its simplicity and lower processing fees.
2. Credit or Debit Card: This option allows for quick and secure payments using a credit or debit card. Homeowners can enjoy the convenience of paying online, and the transactions are processed swiftly.
3. Pay by Check: For those who prefer traditional methods or wish to avoid online transactions, HOA can write up clear instructions for paying by check. When this option is selected, homeowners are presented with instructions for check payments, which include details such as the payee name, where to mail or drop off the check, and what details to include in the memo section for proper account crediting.
