Uploading Documents to RunHOA – File Size Limit
File Size Limit for Document Uploads
RunHOA’s document upload feature has a maximum file size limit of 2MB. If your document exceeds this size, you will not be able to upload it.
How to Compress Your Document
If your file is larger than 2MB, you can easily reduce its size using Adobe’s online compression tool. Follow these steps:
- Visit the Adobe PDF compression tool at the following link:
Adobe Compress PDF Tool - Click the “Select a File” button to upload your document.
- Choose the compression level (Low, Medium, or High) to reduce the size of your file.
- Once the process is complete, download the compressed file to your computer.
- Verify that the compressed file is under 2MB, and then proceed to upload it to RunHOA.
Why is There a File Size Limit?
The 2MB file size limit is in place to ensure optimal system performance and storage efficiency for all users. Larger files may impact load times and the overall user experience.
